MINIMUM ORDER

It is vary to depend on the type of product. such as Jewelries product, the minimum order is 30 pcs for each design, For Bag Product, the minimum order is 10 pcs for each design. For Lamp has no minimum order,etc..

TERM OF PAYMENT

• Once we have confirmed your order, 50% deposit will be requesting of the total order value. And the 50% rest should be received in our account when the production is complete & the order is ready to be shipped.
• We recommend you to do a wire transfer/TT in USD, as it is familiar and flexible currency in Indonesia and mostly in South East Asia.

PRICE & EXCHANGE RATES
Prices are based on exchange rates at the time of insertion but may be subject to change by the supplier without notice. Product prices will be confirmed at the time of initial enquiry and are guaranteed for the duration of your order.

SHIPPING TERM

• Separately, we can provide you variety services of numerous shipping companies that over years have excellent reputation to transport your valuable goods with competitive pricing and a variety of pricing option to suit your budget.
• 100% shipping charges will be requesting when the order is ready to be shipped. For the shipment by full container, the credit term of ocean freight is allowed, during the container is on the journey, the payment should be received latest two weeks before arrival date.
• We will supervise on packaging process, scheduling, and loading process onto container, unless you choice your own shipping company.
• The progress of the shipment will be update and informed by freight liner. And all documents; Original Bill of lading, Invoice Packing list, Certificate of Origin (form A), Certificate fumigation, Polish Insurance (if any), etc will be sent after issued within approx. one-two weeks latest reach, before arrival date. Except by Air Cargo, the Original Airway Bill and other supporting documents will be sent along the cargo.

BUYING AGENT FEE

Shoud you require us to be a buying agent, we will charge a service fee of 15% on all invoices. This fee covers all of the order and prodcution process including sourcing of suppliers, liaising with manufacturers and suppliers, placement of orders, scheduling payments, monitoring production, communication with you the client and suppliers as required, regular reports on progress during production, quality control of all goods purchased and preparation for shipment.
