Q : Do you accept the payment by credit card?
A : at this moment we do not accept the payment by credit card, but we may do that way in the future.
Alternatively, should the credit card is the only way methods for you, we suggest you to have transaction by giving full authorization to your own banker to charge your credit card as the total amount of the order and ask them to cash in our account. We have done this methods several times.

Q : Do you have a showroom?
A : No at this time but we are intending to build in the next future. Again, this is to give customer the advantages that we can focus on the business with online market. However we have independent and professionally craftsmen who are ready to develop and produce the unique items you may require.
On your request, we are able to exemplify particular items you require at your visit in Bali . Please make an appointment with us prior to having a meeting. We will be glad to discuss how we can prepare the order.

Q : Can you send the sample of product?
A : Yes however we will charge you up to USD. 100 for the order, and separately shipping cost. The maximum order is only 10 pcs allowed. The amount (USD.100) will be refund when you begin to purchase the first order, we guarantee.

Q : How long does it take to prepare the order?
A : , Production times vary according to the volume of an order and the variety of suppliers. As a general standard for medium-large quantity order, it may take about 1 - 1,5 months (some less). In some case if the stock of material is short, we have to order the material in other place. It can be little bit longer.
